(1)Each Seller, Seller’s Agent, Potential Buyer (“Buyer”), and Buyer’s Agent (collectively the “Parties”)represent to the best of their knowledge that as to each of them and as to each member of their respectivehouseholds, no one:

a.has tested positive for the Covid-19 Coronavirus,

b.shows signs of suspected Covid-19 Coronavirus infection (fever, cough, shortness of breath, etc.),

c.has been in contact with any person in the past 14 days who has tested positive for the Covid-19Coronavirus,

d.is presently in quarantine due to Covid-19 Coronavirus concerns,

e.has, within the last 14 days, either travelled from, or been in contact with any person arriving from, aU.S. CDC defined Level 3 Health Notice country (defined as of March 22, 2020 to be Australia, Brazil,Canada, China, Europe, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, and the United Kingdom).

(2)The Parties acknowledge that there is presently no home test kit to detect the Covid-19 Coronavirus andthat the virus cannot be observed by a visual inspection.

(3)The Parties acknowledge that there is no guarantee or warranty that the Property, the Parties, and theParties’ agents and representatives are free from the Covid-19 Coronavirus and that they each voluntarilyassume the risk of accessing the Property and permitting others to access the Property.

(4)The Parties agree to execute an updated Acknowledgement for each instance in which Buyer or Buyer’srepresentatives seeks access to the Property including, but not limited to, showings, inspections,appraisals and walk-throughs.

(5)The Parties each agree that if any representation made in this Acknowledgement should become untrueprior to the Access Date, they will inform the other parties of the change.
